摘  要:探讨酸性和分散荧光染料染锦纶时,上染条件对染色的影响,分析荧光染料染锦纶的上染速率、吸附等温线和染色牢度等,并研究热定形对织物色光的影响。试验结果表明,pH值对酸性荧光染料染色织物的表观色深值影响较大;黄色荧光染料反射率高于红色荧光染料;酸性荧光染料的上染速率快于分散荧光染料;酸性和分散荧光染料在锦纶上的吸附等温线分别符合Langmuir和Nernst模型;酸性荧光染料的耐光色牢度及分散黄8GFF的耐水洗牢度较差,其它色牢度均较好。热定形对染色织物的色光影响不大。黄色荧光染料满足高可视警示服欧洲标准要求,红色荧光染料则不在标准范围内。Nylon is dyed with fluorescent acid and disperse dyes. The dyeing rates, isotherms and color fastness of fluorescent dyes are analyzed. In addition,the color change of dyed nylon after heat setting is also analyzed. The result shows that pH val- ue has important effect on the apparent color depth of nylon dyed with acid fluorescent dyes. The fluorescent reflectance of yellow dye is higher than that of red dye. Fluorescent acid dyes show higher dyeing rate than fluorescent disperse dyes. The absorption of acid and disperse fluorescent dyes on nylon fibers are in accordance with the Langmuir and Nernst type adsorp- tion, respectively. All the dyes exhibit good color fastness expect poor light fastness of acid fluorescent dyes and poor washing fastness of Disperse Yellow 8GFF. The heat setting has less impact on shade of dyed nylon. The yellow fluorescent dyes can meet the demand of the EN 471 standard,whereas the red fluorescent dyes can not.
