摘　　要：采用高温高压溢流染色机,对阳离子改性涤纶/羊毛/天丝混纺织物染色。第一浴,120℃阳离子染料和中性染料同浴染色40 min;第二浴,60℃活性染料染色50 min。该染色产品达到或优于一等品要求,且具缩短流程和节能降耗的特点。Batchwase dip dyeing of cationic modified polyester/wool/Tencel blended fabric is carried out in high temperature high pressure overflow dyeing machine.First step is dyeing at 120 ℃ for 40 min with cationic and neutral dyes in one bath,the second step is dyeing at 60 ℃ for 50 min with reactive dyes.The dyeings can reach or exceed the requirements of first-class products,and the process features energy saving and emission reduction.
