摘　　要：根据羊毛/棉/粘胶混纺织物各组分的加工特点,采用冷轧退浆氧漂、退浆氧漂、冷轧卷漂和酶氧卷装等四种工艺对其进行前处理,并用活性染料进行染色。通过对前处理及染色后织物各项性能指标的综合评估,结果表明,采用酶氧卷装工艺,对羊毛损伤小,且对染色性能没有影响。According to the characteristics of wool, cotton and viscose fiber, four kinds of pretreatment processes, including cold pad-batch desizing and peroxide bleaching process, desizing and peroxide bleaching process, cold pad-batch jig bleaching process, and enzyme-peroxide package process, are applied to wool/cotton/viscose blended fabric and followed by reactive dyeing. The comprehensive assessment on the performance index indicates that, the enzyme-peroxide package pretreatment process hasn＇t adverse effect on the dyeing property and causes little damage to wool component.
