尼龙染色洗涤废水的处理与回用

摘　　要：采用直接吸附技术,对实验室尼龙织物染色后的洗涤废水进行脱色处理,并回用于洗涤工序。结果表明,洗涤废水经吸附柱吸附处理后,其中的染料能够完全去除,水质完全满足FZ/T 01107—2011《纺织染整工业回用水水质》标准。处理回用循环10次后,尼龙织物洗涤后的颜色特征值和品质均在允许范围内,且节水率高达90%以上,简单、高效。The washing wastewater is treated with direct adsorption technology and then reused to nylon washing process after dyeing. The results show that dyes in the washing wastewater can be completely removed when passing through the adsorp- tion column,and the effluent qualities can meet the requirements of FZ/T 01107 -2011＂ Reusing water for textile dyeing and fin- ishing＂ standard. After the treated water being reused over ten cycles, the color characteristics and quality of the rinsed nylon fabric are acceptable. This technology can save up to 90% of water consumption and is simple and efficient.
