摘　　要：采用活性染料或还原染料对绞纱进行续缸染色。与头缸染色纱线相比,续缸染色纱线色差小,色光一致,各项色牢度指标合格,达到染色要求。采用续缸染色工艺,可节约染料20%,助剂75%,节能减排。Skein dyeing with standing bath is carried out with reactive dyes and vat dyes respectively. Skein dyeings with stand- ing bath feature small color deviation, stable shade, qualified color fastness compared with those with first bath. Skein dyeing with standing bath can save dyes and auxiliaries by 20% and 75% respectively, cut energy consumption and reduce pollution burden on environment.
