摘　　要：含莱卡面料弹性形变较大,尺寸稳定性较难控制,在后整理高温处理时,存在着易变色、经纬向弹性和强力损伤大和幅宽难以控制等问题,且回修难度大。通过工艺实践,确定了合理的后整理工艺流程及工艺参数:联煮处理水温控制在80℃,185℃定形1.5 min,超喂13%,实现了全毛莱卡面料生产的零回修。Because of large elastic deformation and poor dimensional stability of lycra fabric, some problems are easily formed in high temperature finishing, such as color change, elasticity and strength damage in warp and weft, unstable width and repair difficulty. Reasonable finishing process and process parameters are determined as follows： water temperature controlled at 80℃ in scouring, heat setting at 185 X; for 1.5 min with overfeed 13%.
