摘　　要：中温型活性艳蓝色泽艳亮,在中温型活性染料中享有独特的地位,但其在染色过程中极易产生色花、色差、色光波动和色牢度低下等染色质量问题。这主要是由于它在盐碱固色浴中溶解稳定性差,凝聚现象与骤染现象严重所致。实践证明,以弱碱性浴吸色,碱剂先少后多地多次施加,严格控制盐碱浓度,是提高染色一次成功率的有效举措。Reactive Brilliant Blue is very important mid-energy reactive dyes for its brilliant shade. Because of its poor stability, aggregating and shock dyeing in fixation bath with salt and alkali, some dyeing defects are easily formed, such as color differ- ence, unstable shade and poor color fastness in dyeing. Practical application proves dyeing in weak alkali condition, multi-addi- tion with gradient dosage, strictly controlling salt and alkali concentration are effective solutions for right-first-time dyeing.
