组织多普勒显像探讨骨质疏松症患者的右心室舒张功能

摘　　要：目的应用TDI技术探讨OP患者的右室舒张功能。方法应用脉冲多普勒检测三尖瓣口血流频谱及返流压差(△P);再以TDI技术记录右室游离缘三尖瓣环运动速度指标。结果①三尖瓣口血流频谱E、A、E/A比较两组间无明显差异(P均>0.05),返流压差(△P)、两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。②右室壁游离缘三尖瓣环位点运动速度参数:收缩期Sm与S-VTI两组间无统计学意义(P均>0.05),舒张期e、e-VTI、e/a两组间有统计学差异(P均<0.01)。结论通过TDI技术测量三尖瓣环位点的运动速度,早期发现OP患者右室舒张功能异常,判断OP患者心肌损害的客观敏感指标。Objective To explore the right ventricular diastolic function in patients with osteoporosis by tissue Doppler imaging （TDI） technology. Methods The Tricuspid flow spectrum and the Tricuspid regurgitation pressure difference （△P） were tested during the Pulsed Doppler detection, then we recorded the movement velocity index of the Right ventricular free edge of the tricuspid annulus sites. Results （1） there was no significant difference between the OP and NC group in the Tricuspid flow spectrum E, A and E/A （P 〉 0.05）, while the difference between the OP and NC group in △P was significant （P 〈 0.01）; （2）comparison between the two groups in movement velocity index of the Right ventricular free edge of the tricuspid annulus sites： there was no statistic difference in the Sm and S-VTI （P 〉 0.05）, while there was statistic difference in the e,e-VTI,e/a（P 〈 0.01）. Conehlsion Testing the movement velocity index of the Right ventrieular free edge of the tricuspid annulus sites through TDI we could find there was Right ventricular diastolic dysfunction in the early OP patients, and the results of these patients could be seen as a objective and sensitive indicators of myocardial damage.
