健康教育卡用于高龄冠心病患者的体会

摘　　要：目的通过对高龄冠心病患者采用健康教育卡,评价其作用及价值。方法选取我院63例高龄冠心病患者,随机将其分为观察组(32例)和对照组(31例),对照组进行常规护理,观察组在此基础上自制健康教育卡片实施健康教育。结果护理前和组间对比,患者知识掌握率、良好的生活方式、危险因素知晓率、复发率对比均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论健康教育卡的运用能够提高老人对疾病的认识,提高危险因素的知晓率,降低冠心病的复发率,建立健康的行为,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To apply health education card to the elderly patients with coronary heart disease and evaluate its efficiency. Methods All 63 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group （32 cases） and control group （31 cases）. We give the usual care to the control group and implement the homemade health education cards to the observation group. Results In comparison between the case and control group, there are statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） improve in the aspect of patient＇s master of knowledge, good lifestyle, awareness for risk factors, and decrease of relapse rate. Conclusion Health education card use can improve the understanding of the disease for the elderly, improve the awareness of the risk factors and reduce the recurrence rate of coronary heart disease. It can assist the establishment of healthy behaviors and improve the patient＇s quality of life.
