摘　　要：E时代的高校图书馆面临着来自校内信息用户和外部竞争者的双重压力和挑战。分析了图书馆的人才优势,并从人才分层次培养、创新服务手段、开展定向专项服务等方面提出了开发图书馆人力资源的对策。University library in E-era is facing the dual pressures and challenges from the information users inside university and the competitors outside university. This paper analyzes the advantages of hbrary＂ ＇ s talent superiority, and puts forward some strategies for the development of library＇ s human resource form aspects of carrying out the talent training at different levels, innovating the service means, and providing the directed special service, etc.
