摘　　要：结合工作实践,阐述了高校图书馆个别读者窃书的主要手段,从高校图书馆的管理、设施、馆员、读者等方面分析了图书馆图书丢失现象产生的原因,提出了有效防止图书损坏、丢失的对策。Combining with the working practice, this paper expounds several main methods adopted by individual readers to steal books from university library, and from aspects of library＇ s management, facilities, librarians and readers, analyzes the causes of book missing phenomenon in university library, and puts forward some countermeasures for effectively preventing book damaging and book missing.
