摘　　要：图书馆员作为高校图书馆服务的载体,其职业素质的高低直接影响着图书馆的全面建设和发展。如何提高图书馆员的整体素质已成为高校图书馆现代化建设的迫切需要。分析了高校图书馆员职业素质的现状,探讨了信息时代高校图书馆员的职业素质定位,提出了提升高校图书馆员职业素质的基本方法。As a carrier of college library service, librarian＇s professional quality has direct effect on overall construction and development of library. Therefore, how to improve college librarian＇s integral quality has become an urgent requirement for modernization construction of college library. This paper analyzes the present situation of college librarian＇s professional quality, probes into the positioning of college librarian＇s professional quality in the information era, and puts forward some basic methods for improving college librarian＇ s professional quality.
