摘　　要：勤工助学团已经成为高校图书馆建设中的一支越来越重要的力量。阐述了勤工助学团出现的背景,以湖北民族学院图书馆勤工助学团的发展为例,探讨了当前勤工助学团的服务现状,分析了勤工助学团服务中存在的主要问题,提出了相应的解决思路。The work-study group has become a more and more important force in the construction of university library. This paper expounds the background of the appearance of the work-study group, and taking the work-study group in the library of Hubei Institute for Nationalities as an example, probes into the present situation of the service of the work-study group, analyzes some main problems existing in the service of the work-study group, and puts forward some corresponding solutions.
