摘　　要：现今图书馆越来越多地引入小学生参与志愿者服务,为图书馆工作带来不少帮助。以广州图书馆为例,阐述了国内图书馆界小学生志愿服务的发展现状,探讨了开展小学生志愿服务的目的,针对小学生志愿服务过程中容易出现的问题,提出了对小学生志愿者的若干管理措施。Nowadays more and more pupils join in library voluntary service, bringing many helps for library work. Taking Guangzhou Library as an example, this paper expounds the development status of pupils＇ voluntary service in domestic libraries, probes into the targets of developing pupils＇ voluntary service, and in the light of some problems easily occurring in the course of pupils ＇ voluntary service, puts forward some measures for the management of pupil volunteers.
