摘　　要：通过对全运会竞赛规程及相关文件的研究,分析竞赛规程的变化对四川省竞技体育带来的影响,提出必须加大后备人才培养,加强三大球运动员培养模式体制创新,积极引进优秀人才,充分利用奥运会成绩的带入,强化优势项目,深挖潜优势项目,抓好新增项目,创建复合型训练管理团队,更好地促进四川省竞技体育发展。The National Games competition rules and related documents,analysis of the impact of changes in competition rules on competitive sports in Sichuan Province,proposed is necessary to increase the back-up personnel training,to strengthen the institutional innovations of the ball three athletes training mode,and actively introducetalents,and make full use of the Olympic achievements into the advantages of the project is to strengthen deep to tap the potential advantages of the project,do a good job of new projects,to create a composite training management team to better promote the development of competitive sports in Sichuan Province.
