湘西自治州孤儿院青少年儿童心理健康现状与体育干预实验研究

摘　　要：采用《儿少心理健康测量表(MHS-CA)》对湘西自治州孤儿院青少年儿童进行测试,从认知维度,思维维度,情绪维度,个性维度,意志行为五个方面进行分析、研究,发现有部分孤儿院青少年儿童的得分高于常模,其中在思维维度上有显著差异(P﹤0.05),意志行为和情绪维度上有非常显著的差异(P﹤0.01)。根据测试结果,对17名在不同维度上出现亚健康、病态状态的青少年儿童进行有针对性的体育干预实验,结果表明:体育干预实验能够改善孤儿院青少年儿童心理健康,对其心理健康发展起到很好的促进作用。This study test the teenagers in orphanage of Xiangxi Autonomous Region according to MHS-CA.The test was analysed from 5 aspects： cognitive dimension,thinking dimension,emotional dimension,personality dimension and willpower.The result indicate that the score of some teenagers orphan are higher than others.There is a difference in the aspect of thinking dimension（P0.05）,and there is a big difference in the aspect of willpower and emotional dimension（P0.01）.Based on the result of the test,this study choose 17 teenagers who got sub-health or were sick in different aspects and do the experiment of physical intervention to them.The result indicate that sports intervention can improve the mental health of the teenagers in orphanage.It can also contribute to the development of their mental health.
