摘　　要：目的 :了解木犀草素体外抗柯萨奇B3病毒的作用及其机制。方法 :采用组织培养法 ,通过CPE观察药物对HeLa细胞的最大无毒浓度 ,柯萨奇B3病毒的滴度。药物抗病毒实验 ,使用染料摄入法测定细胞存活情况。结果 :木犀草素的最大无细胞毒浓度为 9.75μl/ml。经不同时间给药 ,木犀草素在 0 .30～ 9.75μg/ml浓度范围内 ,对CoxB3病毒均有显著的抑制细胞病变作用。结论 :木犀草素具有体外抗CoxB3病毒作用。OBJECTIVE:To observe anti Cox B 3 virus effect and mechanism of Luteolin(Lut).METHOD:The maximal non toxic concentration of drug on cultured Hela cells and Cox B 3 virus titres were observed under microscope by the method of tissue culture.Combined with methods of crystal violet staining and neutral red assay,the number of viable cells was measured.RESULTS:The maximal non toxic concentration of Lut was 1∶512 (9.75μg/ml).In the range of 0.30～9.75μg/ml Lut could protect HeLa cells and inhibit cytopathic effect(CPE) significantly under the different conditions of administration(Lut was added to culture medium before and after infection, and incubated with virus at the same time).CONCLUSION:Lut possesses the effect of anti Cox B 3 virus in vitro.
