摘  要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加约氏乳杆菌对产蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和免疫机能的影响。试验选取体重和产蛋率相近的540只130日龄海兰褐产蛋鸡,随机分成6组(每组6个重复,每个重复15只):对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂在基础饲粮中分别添加1.0×104、1.0×105、1.0×106、1.0×107和1.0×108 CFU/g约氏乳杆菌的试验饲粮,试验期24周(168d)。结果表明:1)饲粮中添加1.0×105 CFU/g约氏乳杆菌可以在一定程度上改善产蛋鸡产蛋率、平均蛋重、平均日采食量和料蛋比,其中对试验17~24周时的料蛋比影响显著(P<0.05);2)饲粮中添加1.0×104~1.0×108 CFU/g约氏乳杆菌对产蛋鸡蛋壳强度、蛋白高度和哈氏单位均无显著影响(P>0.05),但能够显著提高鸡蛋的蛋黄颜色(P<0.05);3)仅饲粮中添加1.0×106 CFU/g约氏乳杆菌能够提高试验第35天时的血清新城疫抗体效价(P<0.01),但与添加1.0×105、1.0×107和1.0×108 CFU/g约氏乳杆菌一样会降低试验第7天和第35天时的免疫球蛋白A水平(P<0.01),同时可提高试验第28天时的免疫球蛋白A水平(P<0.01)。结果提示,饲粮中添加适量的约氏乳杆菌能够改善产蛋鸡的生产性能和蛋品质,调节机体的免疫功能。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary Lactobacillus johnsonni (L. johnsonni) on performance, egg quality and immune function of laying hens. Five hundred and forty Hy-Line brown laying hens aged 130 days were randomly allocated into 6 groups with 6 replicates per group and 15 birds per replicate. Laying hens in control group were fed a basal diet, and those in trial groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 1.0 10, 1.0 x 10^5, 1.0 x 10^6, 1.0 X 10^7 and 1.0 x 10^8 CFU/g L. johnsoni, respectively. The experiment lasted for 24 weeks (168 days). The results showed as follows: 1 ) the laying rate, aver- age egg weight, average daily feed intake and feed/egg in 1.0 x 10^5 CFU/g L. johnsonii group were improved to a certain extent, in which feed/egg at 17 to 24 weeks of the experiment was significantly affected (P 〈 0.05) ; 2 ) dietary 1.0 x 10^4 to 1.0 x 10^8 CFU/g L. johnsonii significantly increased the yolk color ( P 〈 0.05 ) , but the shell strength, albumen height and Haugh unit were not significantly affected ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; 3 ) only 1.0 x 10^6 CFU/g L. johnsonii significantly increased the antibody titer to Newcastle disease on day 35 ( P 〈0.01 ) , but reduced the IgA level on days 7 and 35 and increased IgA level on day 28 like the supplementation of 1.0 x 10^5, 1.0 x 10v and 1.0 x 10^8 CFU/g L. johnsonii ( P 〈0.01 ). It is concluded that dietary appropriate L. johnsonii can improve the performance and egg quality, andregulate the immunological function of laying hens.
