摘　　要：简要介绍动车组管理信息系统的内涵、建设范围和发展历史。基于中国动车组运用检修的实际需要,给出系统的需求分析、总体架构、主要功能及特点,对其关键技术进行分析研究,并提出下一步工作的发展设想,对系统的深化研究和持续发展有重要参考价值。Introduce the concept, construction and history of China Electric Multiple Units Management Information System （EMUs-MIS）. Based on the practical demand of Chinese high-speed train operation and maintenance, it was presented main requirement, general architecture, primary function and characteristics of the System, proposed the summary of key technologies and the prospect which was of great significance for the further study and sustainable development of EMUs-MIS.
