动车组故障编码方法分析

摘　　要：为了提高动车组故障信息描述的准确性、规范化,为动车组的维修提供更有力的基础数据支持,提出了动车组故障编码的设计方法。对动车组管理信息系统中既有的故障描述信息进行了梳理,制定了比较规范的故障名称字典。根据故障名称字典和编码的基本原则,确定了的码元集合、编码组成及码位分布,最终得出了一种故障编码的具体方法。该编码尽量达到结构简单、适用,降低数据的存储空间,便于管理和使用,提高故障信息查询的效率。In order to improve the accuracy and standardization of the EMUs fault information descriptions, provide more powerful support of basic data for EMUs maintenance, this paper put forward the design method of EMUs fault coding, combed the existing fault information descriptions in EMUs Management Information System（EMUs-MIS）, made the standard dictionary of fault name. According to the fault name dictionary and the basic principles of coding, this paper determined the code element set, the form of the coding and the distribution of the code element position, finally got a detailed method of EMUs fault coding. Making this coding as far as possible to achieve simple structure and applicable, to reduce the data storage space, was convenient for management and use to improve the efficiency of the fault information inquiry.
