摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定苍耳子中绿原酸含量的方法。方法:采用Kromasil C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:甲醇0.1%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱(0～20 min,甲醇20%→40%);流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1);检测波长:254 nm。结果:绿原酸线性范围为20～180μg·ml^(-1),=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.22%,RSD=1.04%(n=6)。结论:该法简便、快速、灵敏、重复性好,可用于苍耳子饮片的含量测定。Objective：To establish an HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Xanthii Fructus.Method：A Kromasil C_（18） column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）was used,and the mobile phase was composed of methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid water solution with gradient elution（0-20 min,methanol 20%→40%）.The detection wavelength was at 254 nm,and the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^（-1）.Result：The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 20-180μg·ml^（-1）（r = 0.999 9）.The average recovery of chlorogenic acid was 99.22%（RSD =1.04%,n =6）.Conclusion：The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reproducible,and suitable for the content determination of Xanthii Fructus.
