摘 要:目的:优选经舒宁颗粒的提取纯化工艺。方法:以芍药苷的转移率和浸膏得率作为评价指标,采用正交试验对水提条件进行优选,以醇沉前后芍药苷的转移率和干膏量对醇沉条件进行考察。结果:优选出最佳的工艺条件是8倍量的水,提取3次,每次2.5 h,醇沉浓度为70%。结论:优选出的工艺稳定,可行,适合该制剂的批量生产。Objective:To optimize the extraction and purification technology for Jingshuning granules.Method:Using the transfer rate of paeoniflorin and the yield of dry extract as the evaluation indices,an orthogonal test was adopted to screen the optimal conditions of water extraction.The contrast of the transfer rate of paeoniflorin and the yield of dry extract before and after the alcohol precipitation were used to screen the optimal conditions of alcohol precipitation.Result:The optimal conditions of extraction and precipitation for Jingshuning granules were as follows;8 times amount of water,three times decoction with 2.5 h for each,and precipitation in 70%aqueous alcohol for 24 h.Conclusion:The optimal process is stable and feasible,and suitable for the mass production of Jingshuning granules.
