百令胶囊联合依帕司他治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨百令胶囊联合依帕司他治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:68例2型糖尿病患者随机分为对照组及治疗组各34例,均给予基础治疗。同时对照组应用依帕司他胶囊150 mg·d^(-1),治疗组应用依帕司他胶囊150 mg·d^(-1)联合百令胶囊3.0g·d^(-1)治疗,疗程12周。观察两组24 h尿白蛋白含量、24 h尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)等指标的变化。结果:两组治疗后24 h尿白蛋白含量、24 h UAER均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组24 h UAER下降较对照组更明显(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后SCr、TG、TC、hs-CRP等指标均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且TG、TC、hs-CRP与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:百令胶囊联合依帕司他治疗能有效降低早期糖尿病肾病患者24 h尿白蛋白含量、24 h UAER,调节血脂及改善慢性炎症。Objective：To observe the effect of the combined therapy with Bailing capsules（BC） and epalrestat capsules in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Method：Totally 68 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into the control group treated by epalrestat capsules（150 mg·d ^（-1）） and the treatment group treated by BC（3.0 g·d^（-1） ） and epalrestat capsules （150 mg·d^（-1） ）,and the treatment course was 12 weeks.The changes in 24h urine albumin content,UAER,hihg-sensitine Creactive protein（hs-CRP） and blood lipids levels were measured to estimate the protective effect of the combined therapy.Result：After the 12-week treatment,the levels of 24h urine albumin content and UAER were decreased in the two groups with significant difference from those of pre-treatment（P 0.05）,and UAER was lower in the treatment group than that in the control group（P 0.05）. Meanwhile,the levels of SCr,blood triglyceride,total cholesterol and hs-CRP were decreased compared with those before the treatment （P 0.05 ）,and the levels of triglyceride,total cholesterol and hs-CRP in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion：Combined use of BC and epalrestat capsules can significantly lower the 24h urine albumin content and UAER in the patients with early diabetic nephropathy to alleviate the renal impairment,regulate the blood lipids and improve the chronic inflammation.
