摘  要:目的 探讨两种不同的低能量铜蒸气激光对骨髓及脐血造血细胞的刺激作用及与集落刺激因子 (CSF)作用的关系。方法 应用 5 10 .6nm和 5 78.2nm两种波长的低能量铜蒸气激光 (绿光和黄光 )照射各组的人胎骨髓及脐血造血细胞 ,分别加入CSF ,体外培养后计数GM CFUc集落数 ,并与单用CSF组、单用激光组及对照组 (未用激光照射及CSF)比较。结果 两种波长铜蒸气激光照射骨髓或脐血造血细胞均能使GM CFUc增殖 ,集落数均为对照组明显增多 (P <0 .0 1) ,增殖效应与单用CSF组相近 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,且绿光和黄光刺激造血细胞增殖效应相近 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而经激光照射骨髓或脐血造血细胞 ,加CSF体外培养后GM CFUc集落较单用激光照射组及单用CSF组增殖更为明显 ,差异呈显著性(P <0 .0 1~ 0 .0 2 )。结论  5 10 .6nm和 5 78.2nm两种波长的低能量铜蒸气激光对骨髓和脐血的造血细胞均有刺激增殖作用 ,并与CSF有协同促造血细胞增殖作用。Objective To study the stimulating effects of low energy of copper vapor laser ( 510.6 nm and 578.2 nm) and colony stimulating factor (CSF) to hematopoietic cells of human fetal bone marrow and umbilical cord blood in vitro and the relationship between the low energy laser and CSF.Methods Hematopoietic cells of fetal bone marrow and umbilical cord blood were irradiated with 510.6 nm or 578.2 nm copper vapor laser alone or combined CSF then cultured in vitro.Results The GM CFUc numbers of the groups( bone marrow and umbilical cord blood )irradiated were all increased significantly as compared with that of controls (P< 0.01 ). In addition,the GM CFU numbers of the groups stimulated with irradiating and combining CSF was increased significantly as compared with the irradiating group or CSF group alone (P< 0.01 ~ 0.02 ).Conclusion Low energy copper vapor lasers ( 510.6 nm or 578.2 nm ) have stimulating proliferative effects on hematopoietic cells (bone marrow and umbilical cord blood )and the stimulating proliferative effect of laser irradiation plus CSF on hematopoietic cells were the largest in all groups.
