腹腔镜治疗48例休克型输卵管妊娠分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜治疗休克型输卵管妊娠的可行性。方法:对48例休克型输卵管妊娠行腹腔镜下手术,无生育要求者行输卵管切除术,有生育要求者尽可能行保留输卵管手术。结果:48例患者均手术成功,成功率为100%,无一例中转开腹,1例患者因输液较快发生急性肺水肿,无其他并发症发生。结论:休克型输卵管妊娠不是腹腔镜手术的禁忌证,在排除其它禁忌证、备血、抗休克的同时行腹腔镜手术是安全和可行的,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To investigate the feasibility of laparoscopic treatment of shock type of tubal pregnancy.Methods：For 48 cases with shock type of tubal pregnancy in laparoscopic surgery,fertility requirements underwent salpingectomy,fertility requirements retain tubal surgery as much as possible.Results：All of 48 patients were successful surgery,the success rate was 100%,no one convert to open laparotomy,one patient occur acute pulmonary edema due to rapid infusion.No other complications occur.Conclusion：Shock type of tubal pregnancy is not a contraindication to laparoscopic surgery.Laparoscopic surgery is safe and feasible at the same time as exclusion of other contraindications,preparation of blood,anti-shock.It is worthy of clinical application.
