老年心房颤动相关危险因素分析及其预防措施

摘　　要：目的:探讨军队老年干部心房颤动(房颤)的临床特点,为预防和治疗提供理论依据。方法:以我院干诊科所有诊断为房颤并且资料完整的病例120例为研究对象,同时选取同期住院无房颤的窦性心律、年龄匹配的患者120例为对照组,用动态心电图和统计学方法来分析房颤与冠心病以及各种危险因素的关系。结果:本研究共240例,男性168例,女性72例,男女性别比为2.3:1,房颤发生率为58.32%;房颤患病率随年龄的增长而显著增加,房颤组冠心病患病率显著增加;房颤患者高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症、慢性阻塞性肺部疾病的发生率无显著增加;经多元多元Logistic回归分析,年龄、慢性心功能不全、二尖瓣狭窄、二尖瓣关闭不全是房颤的危险因素。结论:房颤使冠心病发病率增加,年龄、器质性心脏病、慢性心功能不全、二尖瓣狭窄及二尖瓣关闭不全是房颤的危险因素。Objective：To investigate older cadres troops in the clinical characteristics of atrial fibrillation provides theoretical basis for prevention and treatment.Methods：Department of Senior Officers our hospital all diagnosed cases of Atrial Fibrillation and material complete 120 cases as the research object,and select the same hospital without atrial fibrillation sinus rhythm,the age of 120 patients matched controls,using dynamic electrocardiogram and statistical methods to analysis with coronary heart disease and various kinds of atrial fibrillation risk factors.Results：This study were 240 patients,men,women,168 72 cases,and sex of 2.3：1,the incidence of atrial fibrillation 58.32%,atrial fibrillation prevalence along with the growth of the age and increased significantly,atrial fibrillation group significantly increased prevalence coronary heart disease,atrial fibrillation patients with high blood pressure,diabetes,hyperlipidemia,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease incidence increased significantly,Multiple logistic regression analysis by multiple,age,organic heart disease,chronic cardiac insufficiency,mitral stenosis,mitral valve insufficency af risk factors.The prevalence of atrial fibrillation with the increase of age and increased significantly,atrial fibrillation group significantly increased prevalence coronary heart disease.Conclusion：Coronary prevalence increase as atrial fibrillation,age organic heart disease,chronic cardiac insufficiency,mitral stenosis and mitral valve insufficency are atrial fibrillation risk factors.
