还原型谷胱甘肽联合复方甘草酸苷治疗急性药物性肝病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨治疗急性药物肝病中,还原型谷胱甘肽联合复方甘草酸苷的临床疗效。方法：将我院2010年12月~2011年5月收治的80例急性药物性肝病患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用还原型谷胱甘肽治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用复方甘草酸治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：观察组显效28例,有效11例,总有效率为97.5%,显著高于对照组的85.0%,P〈0.05。观察组的肝功能指标丙氨酸转氨酶（ALT）,谷草转氨酶（AST）、总胆红素（TBIL）的改善显著优于对照组,P〈0.05。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论：对于急性药物性肝病疗效的治疗,运用还原型谷胱甘肽联合复方甘草酸苷能显著改善患者的肝功能。Objective：To explore the reduced glutathione joint compound glycyrrhizic acid nucleoside drugs in the treatment of acute of the clinical curative effect of liver disease.Methods：Will be our hospital from December 2010 to May 2011 of 80 cases of acute drugs were sex liver disease patients into the observation group and control group,and the control group reduced glutathione treatment,the observation group in the control group on the basis of compound glycyrrhizic acid treatment,compared with two groups of patients with clinical curative effect.Results：The observation group 28 cases,effective in 11,and the total effective rate was significantly higher than 97.5% 85.0% in control group,P0.05.The observation group alanine aminotransferase liver function index（ALT）,aspertate aminotransferase（AST）,total bilirubin（TBIL） improve significantly better than control group,P0.05.Both groups has not seen the obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion：Reduced glutathione joint compound glycyrrhizic acid nucleoside drugs in the treatment of acute sex liver disease good curative effect,can significantly improve patients with liver function.
