醒脑静联合纳洛酮对急性重度酒精中毒患者的临床作用观察

摘　　要：目的:观察醒脑静注射液联合纳洛酮注射液对急性重度酒精中毒患者的临床作用。方法:选取我院急诊门诊77例急性重度酒精中毒患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组加入醒脑静注射液,对照组常规给予补液、利尿、促进酒精代谢和纳洛酮注射液等。结果:治疗组患者意识恢复早于对照组(P<0.05),而且酒醒后出现头痛头晕、恶心呕吐和心悸胸闷等症状的患者例数明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑静注射液可以应用于急诊重度酒精中毒患者治疗,促进意识恢复,减少并发症。Objective：To observe the clinical effects of Xingnaojing injection combining Naloxone injection in the treating acute severe alcoholism.Methods：77 patients with acute severe alcoholism are randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.Patients in the treatment group are given Xingnaojing injection on the basis of the treatment in the control group.Patients in the control group receive Vitamin B1 injection,Vitamin B6 injection,Furosemide injection,and Naloxone injection.Results：The recovery of consciousness in the treatment group is earlier than that in the control group（P0.05）.The patients in the treatment group suffering from he adache,dizziness,nausea,vomiting,stuffiness,and palpitation are significantly less than those in the control group.Conclusion：Xingnaojing injection can be used in treating acute severe alcoholism.It can improve the recovery of consciousness and can reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.
