药物治疗前后结核患者血浆生理指标检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的:通过对结核患者治疗过程中生理指标的检测以了解药物对机体功能的损害。方法:采用SYSMEX公司的XS-800i三分类血球计数仪及ModularHP800全自动生化分析仪对结核患者治疗前和药物治疗1个月后血液常规和血浆多项生理指标进行检测并与对照组比较。结果:药物治疗前后,血常规指标改变无差异(P>0.05),血浆生化指标:总胆红素(TBIL)、尿酸(URIU)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)及血小板(PLT)多项结果与对照组及治疗前后差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:结核药物对机体肝脏的损害有待进一步研究证实,药物对机体凝血功能尤其对肾脏的损害较为明显。Objective：To investigate the influence of drug trement to the drug-induced body function for tuberculosis patients.Methods：Pre-and post-therapy levels of testing in blood and plasma for tuberculosis patients are carried with Blood Count（XS-800i） and Automatic Chemistry Analyzer（ModularHP800）,and several biochemical parameters are analyzed and compared with several control groups.Results：After a month treatment,compared with control groups,the level of total bilirubin,uric acid,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and platelet are all significantly higher than control group（P0.05）,while there is no difference in routine blood test when compared with control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The drug damages on the liver of tuberculosis patients during their therapy should be validated in further study,and in this paper,it obviously show that the drugs have negative effect on coagulation function of the body,especially the renal in tuberculosis patients.
