综合护理干预对肠梗阻患者心理状态的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合护理干预对肠梗阻患者心理状态的影响。方法:选取我院收治的80例肠梗阻患者的临床资料,分为两组各40例,对照组患者进行常规护理,观察组患者进行综合性护理干预,对两组患者心理状态等方面进行评价。结果:观察组患者术后排气时间早、复发率低,与对照组患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者SAS、SDS评分低,护理满意度高,与对照组患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对肠梗阻患者进行综合护理,并进行个性化护理干预,能改善患者心理状态,效果满意,值得推广。Objective：To investigate the comprehensive nursing intervention on the psychological status of patients with intestinal obstruction.Methods：80 cases in our hospital intestinal obstruction in patients with clinical data,divided into two groups of 40 patients in the control group of patients for routine care,observe patients for comprehensive care and intervention,the two groups of patients to evaluate the psychological state,etc.Results：The early postoperative discharge time,recurrence rate,compared with the control group were significantly（P0.05）;the observation group were SAS,SDS scores low,care and satisfaction is high,and control group patients the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The comprehensive care of patients with intestinal obstruction,and personalized care and intervention,can improve mental status,results were satisfactory,it is worth promoting.
