胸腔镜治疗35例自发性气胸的护理研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨胸腔镜治疗自发性气胸的有效护理干预。方法：将我院2010年7月~2011年12月收治的35例采用胸腔镜治疗的自发性气胸患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结患者的手术室护理干预措施,并调查患者经过手术室护理干预后对我院护理工作的满意度、安全感、信任度。结果：经统计学分析,患者经过我院手术室护理的护理干预后,其对我院护理工作的满意度提高,安全感增加,信任度增加,与手术室护理干预前比较有显著差异,P〈0.05。结论：在胸腔镜手术治疗自发性气胸中实施综合有效的手术室护理干预具有较好的效果,值得在临床应用。Objective： To explore the effective of thoracoscopic treatment nursing intervention to spontaneous pneumothorax.Methods： The clinical data of 35 cases of spontaneous pneumothorax patients with thoracoscopic treatment admitted to our hospital from July 2010 to December 2011 were analyzed retrospectively.Summarize the patient＇s hospital care satisfaction,a sense of security,trust after operating room nursing interventions.Results： The statistical analysis of patients after a hospital operating room nursing care intervention.Their satisfaction with hospital care improved,the sense of security increased,trust increased,compared with before operating room nursing intervention significant difference,p0.05.Conclusion： The thoracoscopic surgery for spontaneous pneumothorax with implementation of comprehensive and effective operating room nursing intervention have good results,it worth clinical application.
