摘 要:目的 通过调查正常女性青壮年膝关节的运动参数 ,为膝关节的运动功能康复提供依据。方法 应用BIODEXMULTI JOINTSYSTEMIIAP型等速装置对 62例正常女性青壮年膝关节进行等速屈伸力量测试研究。结果 膝屈伸肌的峰力矩 (PT)测试结果有如下趋势 :在同一测试速度下 ,膝屈伸肌测试值均为右侧大于左侧、膝伸肌大于膝屈肌、慢速测试大于快速测试 ;单次最大作功量 (MRW )测试结果有如下趋势 :在同一测试速度下 ,膝屈伸肌测试值均为左侧大于右侧、膝伸肌大于膝屈肌、慢速测试大于快速测试 ;正常女性青壮年双侧膝屈伸肌各项等速测试指标的差异范围为 9.66%~ 2 0 .76% ;平均功率 (AP)测试结果显示 ,以 180 (°) /s或 12 0 (°) /s运动速度时的膝屈伸肌的值最高 ,60 (°) /s时的效率最低 ,这与以往报道的膝屈伸肌AP值随测试速度增大而增加的结论有不同。结论 运动阻力 (限速 )过高或过低均不利于充分发挥肌肉的运动效率 ,推测不同的关节肌肉运动有一个最大限度发挥其效率的特定运动阻力 (限速 )和方向。Objective To investigate the motor function of knee and provide the range of normal value for rehabilitation of knee functions. Methods Isokinetic flexion and extension of knee joints were measured by BIODEX 2AP Isokinetic System in 62 normal female volunteers.Results The measured date of peak torque (PT) and maximum repetition work (MRW) of knee flexion and extension in a same test speed showed that the right knee was stronger than the left, the extensor stronger than flexor, and the value measured at lower speed larger than that at higher speed. The difference range of isokinetic test of bilateral knee functions was about 9.66% ~ 20.76% . The average power of knee muscles was highest at the test speed of 180(°)/sec.or 120(°)/sec.and lowest at 60(°)/sec.Conclusion Movement resistance (speed limitation) either too high or too low dose not benefit muscles at their full movement. It is hypothesized that movement of different joint muscles has a most favorable limitation of speed and direction to develop their specific roles.
