亿人安^(TM)皮肤黏膜消毒液的毒理学安全性评价

摘　　要：目的探讨亿人安TM皮肤黏膜消毒液使用的毒理学安全性。方法按《消毒技术规范》(卫生部2002年版)进行大鼠急性经口毒性试验、小鼠急性经口毒性试验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、家兔急性眼刺激试验、家兔皮肤刺激试验、家兔阴道黏膜刺激试验、豚鼠皮肤变态反应试验。结果亿人安TM皮肤黏膜消毒液对雌、雄性大、小鼠急性经口LD50均大于5 000mg/kg b.wt.;三个剂量诱导PCE微核细胞率与阴性对照组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),嗜多染红细胞/成熟红细胞>1;对雌、雄性家兔的急性眼刺激试验未冲洗时急性眼刺激积分指数为0分;对雌、雄性家兔的急性皮肤刺激反应积分为0;对豚鼠致敏率为6.25%;对雌性家兔的的阴道黏膜刺激指数为1.1分。结论亿人安TM皮肤黏膜消毒液大、小鼠急性经口毒性为实际无毒、无致微核作用、无眼刺激性、无皮肤刺激性、属极轻度致敏性物,有极轻度阴道黏膜刺激性,该消毒剂在一定条件使用对人是安全的。Objective To explore the toxicology and safety of YIRENANTM skin mucosa disinfectant. Methods The rats and mouse acute oral toxicity test, mouse bone marrow micronucleus test, rabbit acute eye irritation test, rabbit vaginal mucous membrane irritation test, guinea pig skin allergy test were used according to Technical Standard For Disinfection （ Ministry of Public Health, 2002 version ）. Results The oral LD50 of male and female mice and rats were both more than 5000mg/kg b. wt. The rates of PCE micronucleus induced by different dosages showed no significant difference with the negative control group （ P 〉 0.05, PCE/NCE 〉 1 ）. The acute eye irritation index （ I. A. 0.1） to rabbit was 0 with no washing eye. The acute skin irritation index to rabbit was 0. The skin sensitization rate was 6.25% in guinea pig. The index of rabbit vaginal mucosa irritation was 1.1. Conclusion YIRENANTM skin - mucosa disinfectant liquid had no oral toxicity, no mutagenie effects on mouse bone marrow PCE, no toxicity to the eye and skin of rabbits, had a very mild irritation to rabbit vaginal mucosa and was a very mild allergenic substance. This disinfectant is safe to human bady under certain conditions.
