芦丁锗的抗氧化能力观察

摘　　要：目的:观察芦丁锗的抗氧化能力。方法:将芦丁与氧化锗在碱性条件下反应生成芦丁锗,用DPPH自由基清除实验检测芦丁锗的抗氧化能力。结果:芦丁与锗形成芦丁锗配合物后,共轭体系增大,紫外光谱红移,清除自由基能力增强,芦丁锗与芦丁清除DPPH自由基的EC50分别是55.84mg/L和58.95mg/L。结论:芦丁锗比芦丁的氧化能力增大,可以用作自由基清除剂。Aim：To detect the antioxidant activity of rutin-Ge（Ⅳ） complex.Methods：Rutin-Ge（Ⅳ） was obtained from rutin and germanium dioxide under the catalysis of alkali.The antioxidant activity of rutin-Ge（Ⅳ） complex was evaluated by the DPPH radical scavenging activity.Results：The UV spectra of the complex was shifted to the long-wavelength region with the extension of the conjugated system.The scavenging activity of the complex（EC50=55.84 mg/L） was better than rutin（EC50=58.95 mg/L）.Conclusion：The antioxidant activity of rutin-Ge（Ⅳ） is better than rutin,and rutin-Ge（Ⅳ） could be a novel free radical scavenger.
