摘　　要：本文对目前4,4'-二氨基苯磺酰替苯胺的合成工艺路线进行了综合讨论。在考虑到原材料成本,生产操作环保性及是否会产生废酸等因素基础上,对各条工艺路线的优劣性进行了对比。以对硝基氯苯为原料,经双硫醚化,再经氯气氧化、酰胺化的工艺路线生产成本低、三废少,有工业化价值。Synthesis routes for 4, 4＇ - diaminobenzenesulfonanilide were reviewed. Advantages and disadvantages of the routes were compared by considering the cost of the raw materials, environment characters of the manufacture and the problem of spent acid. A low cost and low ＂three wastes＂ with industrialized value process was obtained： synthesized it from p-nitrochlorobenzene by thioetherfica- tion, chlorine oxidation and amidation. The process was low cost and low waste with high industrial value.
