摘  要:百草枯(paraquat,PQ)属有机杂环类速效触杀死型灭杀性季胺盐类除草剂,对人有很强的毒性,死亡率可达50%~80%,PQ有对组织细胞的氧化损伤作用和致细胞因子对组织细胞的损伤作用,中毒患者血清多项生化指标出现明显异常,检验人员应对PQ中毒理论基础有所了解.为此,该文就PQ中毒后检验数值变化及中毒机制研究进展作简要综述.Paraquat (PQ) is a quick contact kill organic heterocyclie quaternary ammonium salt of herbicide, highly toxic to people, the mortality rate is up to 50%-80%. PQ has on the role of oxidative damage to ceils and cytokine-indueed tissue damage on the role of a number of poisoning patients with significant biochemical abnormalities, the inspector should understand thetheoretical basis of PQ poisoning. The study was made to those clinical laboratory data of change after poisoning and a brief research review was made to poisoning mechanism.
