电视监视支撑喉内窥镜手术治疗任克氏水肿

摘　　要：目的探讨电视监视支撑喉内窥镜微瓣手术治疗声带任克氏水肿(Reinke's edema,RE)的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析46例RE患者的临床资料。患者的主要症状是声嘶,病史6月-8年,均经药物保守治疗1月以上。术前均行鼻咽纤维喉镜检查,采用全麻电视监视支撑喉内窥镜微瓣手术治疗。术后在双侧声带各注射曲安奈德注射液约0.2mL(8mg)。结果本组治愈32例,占69.6%;好转12例,占26.1%;无效2例,占4.3%;总有效率为95.7%。结论电视监视支撑喉内窥镜微瓣手术治疗RE效果良好。【Objective】To evaluate the effect of microflap surgery under suspension laryngeal endoscope combining with TV monitoring in treatment of Reinke＇s edema（RE）.【Methods】 A retrospective data analysis was performed on 46 patients with RE.The main symptoms of the patients is hoarseness,the course of those ranged from 6 months to 8 years,medical conservative treatment was performed over one month.Preoperative nasopharynx naryngoscope was performed in all patients.Those received microflap surgery under suspension laryngeal endoscope combining with TV monitoring.postoperative,0.2mL（8mg） of triamcinolone acetonide was injected into bilateral vocal fold respectively.【Resluts】In 46 cases with RE,32 cases（69.6%） were cure,12 cases（26.1%） were effectual and 2cases were unfruitful.The general effective rate was 95.7%.【Conclusion】 Microflap surgery under suspension laryngeal endoscope combining with TV monitoring is a effective method for RE.
