摘  要:目的探讨脐血巨噬细胞集落刺激因子与胎儿生长发育间的关系。方法用ELISA法对9例足月新生儿脐血浆及其母血浆M-CSF浓度进行测定,并以10例健康非孕妇女(成人)作对照。结果 M-CSF脐血浓度显著高于成人(P<0.001),并与新生儿出生体重之间无相关性(r=0.493,P>0.05)。母血显著高于脐血(P<0.05),两者之间无相关性(r=0.524,P>0.05)。结论胎儿自身产生的大量M-CSF可能参与胎儿造血、免疫及神经系统的发育等,而与胎儿体重增长无关。Objective To investigate the relationship between the human fetal development and the level of macrophage colony - stimulating factor (M - CSF) in umbilical cord blood. Method Plasma samples were obtained from full - term pregnant women (n = 9) and their neonate umbilical cord blood (n = 9) and nonpregnant women (adu - Its, n = 10). All of samples were determined by enzvme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the levels of M - CSF, Results The concentration of M - CSF in umbilical cord blood was markedly higher than that in adults' blood (P < 0.01); There was not correlation between the level of M - CSF in Umbilical cord blood and the neonatal weight ( r = 0. 493, p > 0. 05); The concentration of M - CSF in maternal plasma was significantly higher than that in Umbilical cord plasma ( p < 0.05) but there was not correlatiom between them (r = 0. 524, P > 0. 05) Conclusions M - CSF in fetal blood was synthesized by themselves and related to fetal weight growth. M - CSF might play immportant roles in other systems such as hematopoiesis, immunologic intervention and development of nervous system.
