摘　　要：目的观察不同治疗方法对尺桡骨干双骨折的影响。方法选取近2年来于我院住院治疗的尺桡骨干双骨折患者124例,随机分为治疗A组和治疗B组,治疗A组采用闭合复位加髓钉固定;治疗B组采用切开复位行钢板固定。结果治疗A组的治愈率为85.37%,总有效率为98.78%,治疗B组的治愈率为59.52%,总有效率为80.95%,治疗A组的治愈率和总有效率明显高于治疗B组,其差异具有统计学意义,即P<0.05。结论闭合复位髓内钉固定术治疗尺桡骨干双骨折有确切的疗效。[ Objective ] To observe the different treatment methods to scale the influence of radial backbone double fracture. [ Methods ] The nearly 2 years in our hospital treatment scale radial backbone double fracture patient 124 cases were randomLy divided into the treatment group A and group B treatment, the treatment group A using closed reset and medullary nail fixation; Treatment group B by open reduction line plate fixed. [ Resluts ] Treatment group A cure rate was 85.37% and the total effective rate was 98.78%, the treatment group B cure rate was 59.52% and the total effective rate was 80.95%, the treatment group A cure rate and the total effective rate is obviously higher than that of the treatment group B, the difference is statistically significant, P 〈 0.05. [ Conclusion ] Closed reset intramedullary nail fixation treatment scale radial backbone double fracture have the exact curative effect.
