摘  要:目的:观察单涎酸神经节苷脂对移植后的肾上腺髓质嗜铬细胞线粒体的作用。方法:利用电镜观察实验组和对照组移植后不同时期嗜铬细胞线粒体形态变化。体视学方法测量实验组和对照组线粒体的体密度(Vv)、面密度(Sv)、比表面(σ)。结果:移植后实验组存活的嗜铬细胞结构完整,线粒体数量明显增多,嵴多而致密,基质电子密度增高。体视学测量发现实验组线粒体Vv较对照组小,Sv较对照组大。结论:单涎酸神经节苷酯能提高嗜铬细胞的成活率,并可促进其功能恢复,从而使帕金森氏病模型动物的诱发旋转行为得以明显改善。The effect of GM1 on the mitochrondria in chromaffin cells were observed. Using electron microscope, the mitochrondrias shape change of chromaffin in different term between experiment group and control group were obseaved. The volume density (Vv), sutafce density (Sv) and the specific surface(σ) of the mitochrondria in chromaffin cell were measured by the method of stereology in epxeriment group and control group. The structure of survival chromaffin cells was complete. There was an increase of cristae number and matrix density of mitochrondria in the AGT group. The Vv of the mitochrondria in AGT group were lower and the Sv,σ were higher than that in control group. GM can promote the survival of chromaffin cells in host brain and their efficiency. Therffore, the rotational behavior induced by apomorphine can be improved obviously.
