摘  要:文章采用"烧碱—纯碱"法,对盐型卤水纳滤膜法制取精盐水过程中钙镁离子的去除进行了研究,并用正交试验的方法考察了常温条件下两碱用量、反应时间、陈化时间三个因素对钙镁离子脱除率的影响,确定了合理的工艺条件:两碱用量为理论量的1.0倍~1.2倍、反应时间为30 min、陈化时间为60 min。在此条件下钙镁离子的脱除率均在95%以上,有效解决了盐卤纳滤过程中的钙镁结垢问题。Ca^2+ ,Mg^2+ removal from salt type brine by sodium hydroxide and sodium carbon- ate for salt water production by nanofihration was studied. Effect of operation conditions including addition amount of sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate, reaction time and aging time on removal efficiency of Ca^2+ and Mg^2+ under room temperature were investigated. Optimum operation condi-tions were confirmed as follows : addition amount of sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate is 1.0 1.2 times of theoretical value, reaction time is 30 rain, aging time is 60 min. Under above condi-tions,removal rate of Ca^2+ and Mg^2+ are both more than 95% ,and this method can solve effectively the problem of Ca^2+ and Mg^2+ scaling on membrane surface during the process of nanofihration.
