上海与北京服务业发展的差距分析

摘　　要：北京服务业整体领先于上海，并有差距扩大趋势。北京在信息服务、科学研究、租赁和商务服务、金融、文化体育娱乐等5个行业明显领先上海。如何提高服务业生产率，是上海服务业发展的关键。The services in Beijing is entirely ahead of the one in Shanghai, and the disparity tends to be enlarged especially in terms of information, scientific studies, leasing and business, finance, culture, sport and entertainment. It is crucial to Shanghai to increase the services productivity in developing services.
