手术室非惩罚性护理不良事件报告制度的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨手术室非惩罚性护理不良事件报告制度的应用效果。方法对手术室实施非惩罚性护理不良事件上报制度前后护理不良事件发生率及护理人员对护理质量管理满意度进行比较分析。将2009年6月至2012年7月实施非惩罚性护理不良事件上报制度后的数据设为实施组，2002年1月至2009年5月实施非惩罚性护理不良事件上报制度前的数据设为对照组。结果实施组护理不良事件上报率（1．11％）明显高于对照组（0．27％），差异具有统计学意义（X^2=93．26，P〈0．01）；实施组护理人员对护理质量管理满意度（94．4％）明显高于对照组（72．2％），差异具有统计学意义（X^2=5．87，P〈0．05）；护理人员对非惩罚性护理不良事件上报制度的认知度达83．3％-100．0％。结论在手术室实施非惩罚性护理不良事件上报制度能提高护理不良事件上报率和护理质量管理满意度，护理人员对非惩罚性护理不良事件上报制度的认知度高，有助于对不良事件发生进行系统分析，有利于预防和避免严重不良事件的发生，对护理质量提升有显著效果。Objective To explore the effects of the non-punitive adverse nursing events reporting system in the operation room. Methods The statistics after the non-punitive system of adverse nursing event reporting was initiated from June 2009 to July.2012 were as the observation group. And the statistics, before that system implemented between January 2002 and May 2009, were as the control group. The adverse events reporting rate and the nurses＇ satisfaction on quality management were observed and analyzed. Results The adverse events reporting rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group （1.11% vs 0. 27% ;X^2 =93.26,P 〈0. 01 ）. Nurses＇ satisfaction on the quality management after the system implemented were significantly improved than that non-implemented （94. 4% vs 72.2% ;X^2= 5.87,P 〈 0.05）. And nurses＇ cognition of the non-punitive system of adverse nursing event reporting reached 83.3% - 100. 0%. Conclusions The application of non-punitive system of adverse nursing event reporting in the operating room can increase nurses ＇ adverse events reporting rate and improve satisfaction of nurses on the quality management and their cognition of the system, which is good to analyze the adverse nursing event so as to prevent its occurrence and improve the nursing quality.
