摘　　要：立足于目前国内艺术学科学术研究质量与培养目标的现实状况,借鉴国外成功的学术培养模式与方法,提出了应该加强艺术类本科生的学术道德规范,培养其实践与创新能力,构建严谨、积极、具有学科建设与推动意义的校园学术文化培养体系等一系列建议。This paper, starting with analysis of current situation of academic research quality of domestic artistic disciplines, draws on experiences from successful modes and methodologies of academic research of the international counterparts so as to strengthen the awareness of academic codes of ethics of arts undergraduates, build up their academic practical and innovative eapabihties and construct rigorous and positive academic and cultural cultivating system aiming at promoting the development of artistic discipline.
