摘　　要：目前居民收入偏低与居民收入差距扩大并存已经是不争的事实,通过分析山西省个人收入差距的现状,指出了个人收入差距扩大对经济社会产生的影响,研究了个人收入差距形成的原因,最后提出了政府调节个人收入差距的对策建议。It is a common sense that residents＇ incomes are relatively low and the income gap is extended. This paper makes an analysis of the causes of income gap based on the statue quo and points out the effect of extended income gap to economic society and finally puts forward the suggestion for the government to adjust the income gap.
