摘  要:目的探讨兔急性肺栓塞(APE)并发肺损伤保护机制。方法选取健康新西兰兔30只,随机分为三组,均制作肺栓塞模型,分为低剂量组IL-4组、高剂量IL-4组,对照组(生理盐水处理)。用ELISA方法检测血清中TNF-α和IL-1β的水平。结果①症状好转高剂量组改善最明显,低剂量组次之,生理盐水对照组最差。②高剂量IL-4组:血清中TNF-α,IL-1β水平明显下降;低剂量IL-4组亦较对照组血清中TNF-α,IL-1β水平,差异有显著性;对照组则明显高于IL-4组;结论外源性IL-4通过对急性APE后TNF-α和IL-1β的水平下调,对肺损伤起到了保护作用,且与剂量成相关性。[ Objective ] To explore in a rabbit model of acute pulmonary embolism (APE) complicated with lung injury and the protective mechanism of health. [ Methods ] 30 New Zealand rabbits, divided into three groups ran- domly, produced a model of pulmonary embolism, divided into low dose group, high dose of IL-4 group IL-4 group, the control group (saline). Use the ELISA method for the detection of serum TNF- ct and IL-I[3 level. [Results] of the 1, the symptoms improved in high dose group were express lyameliorated, low dose group, normal saline control group the difference. In 2, high dosage IL-4 group: the serum TNF-a, IL-1β levels decreased significantly; low dosage IL-4 group than the control group, the serum TNF- α, IL-1β, P 〈0.05 has statistical significance; the con- trol group was significantly higher than that of IL-4 group. [ Conclusion] Exogenous IL-4 through to acute APE af- ter TNF-α and IL-1β level down, against lung injury plays a protective role, and correlation with dose.
