摘　　要：目的探讨对山羊进行宫腔镜检查的可行性并对宫腔镜下的图像分析,为相关临床前研究提供动物试验基础。方法对5只黑山羊行宫颈准备及静脉麻醉后行宫腔镜检查,记录山羊宫颈管及宫腔的解剖结构特征,摸索和总结宫颈准备、麻醉及手术的经验和技巧。结果成功建立了一种山羊宫腔镜检查的宫颈准备和麻醉方法,并成功进行了宫腔镜检查,记录和分析了相关的图像。结论对山羊进行常规的宫腔镜检查是可行的,以山羊作为实验动物,开展宫腔镜检查并分析宫腔镜下图像,为兽医学、临床前相关动物实验研究提供了方法学基础。【Objective】To provide relevant animal experimental basis for preclinical researches by exploring the feasibility of hysteroscopy on goats and analyzing the hysteroscopic images. 【Methods】By employing hysteroscopy on 5 goats with cervical preparation and intravenous anesthesia, the anatomic structure of cervical canal and uterine cavity was studied and recorded, the skills and experience in cervical preparation, anesthesia and hysteroscopy ma- nipulation were explored and analyzed. 【Results】A successful cervical preparation and anesthesia was achieved, and hysteroscopy on goats was carried out, the relevant hysteroscopic images were recorded and analyzed.【Conclu-sion】Doing routine hysteroscopy on goats is feasible, which provides methodological basis for future relevant studies in veterinary medicine and preclinical experiments.
