经尿道选择性光汽化术治疗出血性放射性膀胱炎

摘　　要：目的评价应用经尿道选择性光汽化术治疗出血性放射性膀胱炎的临床疗效。方法对5例因盆腔肿瘤放射治疗引起的出血性放射性膀胱炎患者进行经尿道选择性光汽化术。结果术后2h内肉眼血尿缓解,术后3d血尿基本消失,术后随访6～36个月,4例无肉眼血尿复发,1例术后3个月血尿复发,再次予经尿道选择性光汽化术,血尿未复发,所有病例尿频、尿急、尿痛等膀胱刺激症状均逐渐缓解。结论经尿道选择性光汽化术是一种治疗出血性放射性膀胱炎的有效方法。【Objective】To evaluate the effectiveness of transurethral photoselective vaporization for radiation-induced hemorrhagic cystitis.【Methods】Transurethral photoselective vaporization was performed in 5 patients with radiation-induced hemorrhagic cystitis after completion of radiotherapy for pelvic malignancies. 【Results】 The hematuria was relieved significantly in 2 hours and disappeared in 3 days after the operation. Four patients had no severe hematuria during 6 to 36 months follow-up. One patient hematuria recurred three months after operation and recovered after receiving retreatment. Pollakisuria, urgency and urodynia disappeared gradually in all patients. 【Conclusion】Transurethral photoselective vaporization is an effective therapeutic measure for radiation-induced hemorrhagic cystitis.
