摘　　要：同治年间陕甘回民起义军一股四千多人经由额济纳土尔扈特旗进入外蒙古,并于同治九年十月十九日攻陷乌里雅苏台城。乌里雅苏台城守城官兵被打得溃不成军,将军大臣丢印逃匿。可见清朝晚期在外蒙古统治力量的薄弱。During Tongzhi＇s reign, a branch of about 4 000 Hui uprising troops in Shaanxi and Gansu entered the Outer Mongolia from Eiin Turgut Banner and conquered Uliasutai on the 19th, October of the 9th year of Tongzhi＇s reign. The defending soldiers and officers in Uliasutai were completely defeated and the generals and ministers retreated. Thus we could know the weak rule of the late Qing Dynasty in Outer Mongolia.
