摘  要:本文分析了自然界常见的生物复合材料的结构,找出了有共性的规律,提出了双重螺旋的仿生复合模型。对该模型进行了理论分析,在细观尺度上将仿生学运用于复合材料的设计与制备。用碳纤维/Sn 复合材料对该模型进行了检验,结果发现,与均匀排布的单向长纤维复合材料比较,其抗拉强度显著提高(超过了40%)。The outstanding properties of the structrures of living beings are ensured bybio-materials.It is found that almost all bio-materials are composites,such as bamboo,wood,bone and shell etc.The structures of some ordinary living beings were investigatedand their characteristic structures were found.They are the multi-folded spiral compositestructures which exist on a variety of scales in both plant and animal materials.Accordingto this analysis,a kind of double-folded spiral bionic composite model was given,and forcomparison a non-twisted fibre model was also presented.The double-folded fibre modelwas varified by Carbon Fibre/Sn composites.The experimental results show that the ten-sile strength of this model was 40% higher than that of the non-twisted model.
